No Brainers for People on the Move!

1) "Change is an inevitable part of life".
Consumers know they can obtain information from the Internet, and they want to work with agents who can conduct business online and who can respond quickly. We pursue every means possible to offer "One Stop Shopping" to our clients and customers.

2) "Adapting to change will accelerate an individual's success and insure survival in the increasingly demanding consumer market".
Technology will only eliminate the non-professional unable or unwilling to put innovation to work. Internet shoppers are more educated and waste less time. They take advantage of automated services offered by the astute agent to help their client free up time to do more productive activities.

3) "Business structure innovation will become the new business standard."
Real Estate will unquestionably remain a people business, and person-to-person contact will remain the dominate activity as the point of sale. In the future, consumers, agents, organizations and qualified affiliates will interact to expedite the transaction and service the consumer. We have set no restrictions on modes of business operation that will satisfy our clients needs.

4) "If you snooze you lose"
Smaller "gazelle" type companies can implement useful technology months, even years ahead of larger organizations. We have in place and will continue to upgrade optimal "business to business" and "business to consumer" platforms providing scalable, affordable, and realistic enterprise solutions.

5) "Participation with like minded affiliates is highly encouraged"
We will continue to pursue a standardized and collaborative software and hardware platform combining all aspects of "the business", from mortgage services, title insurance, real estate sales and marketing, personal property insurance, life insurance and securities, travel and relocation services, to home security, home warranties, home appraisals, home inspections and post-sale home products and services.

6) "The traditional means of compensation, will be replaced by data mining, marketing, affiliated business arrangements, and life-long consumer product sales"

The Internet provides a significant advantage for finding true prospects to whom to deliver necessary services. Shared hardware, software, and databases will be the business of the future. This change is more than just learning to use e-mail.... It's learning to do business within a entirely different paradigm. We will continue to participate and embrace the creation of this paradigm by selecting and implementing the best technology, and affiliating with like minded learners.

Linking services in a "One Stop Environment" creates life-long customers by providing a single system to manage customer needs and build customer relationships. We have made the necessary investments in real estate, hardware, software, licensing, staffing and innovation, to allow agents and affiliates with vision and foresight to survive and prosper.

After looking at the clickable on relocation, others have observed:

"The most favorable aspects I see as proposed in this prelocation program are:

• This targets a specific and identifiable market that is currently not being formally serviced.
• It is not a threat to corporations that currently administer a full-service program, but can actually be an additional benefit at little/no cost to the employer.
• There is little or no danger from third-party service providers coming after the same business.
• It connects the various aspects of service in a way that I have not seen before by taking a centralized approach. The average person who is moving (whether part of a company relocation or just a move across town) does not have the experience or knowledge to know all elements of a move right from the start. This ties it all together with the guidance and expertise of the personal counselor.
• The cost of the Relocation Trip® Kit is not prohibitive and can be offset by the credits included.
• The profits are not generated solely by the sale of the kit but also by the additional referral fees that are generated by the use of the kit. "
